Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cybersecurity experts for accurate documentation
Simplify complex technical concepts into user-friendly content
Develop online help systems, FAQs, and knowledge base articles
Review and update documentation based on product changes and feature updates
Ensure consistency, clarity, and adherence to documentation standards
Prepare documents using Word, PowerPoint, PDF tools, and related platforms
Create documentation accessible for both technical and non-technical users

Strong experience in technical documentation for software and hardware products
Expertise in creating User Manuals, Installation Guides, Troubleshooting Guides, and Training Materials
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, PDF editors, and documentation tools
Experience in creating training slides and videos
Good understanding of cybersecurity products and software solutions
Ability to convert technical information into simple, user-friendly language
Knowledge of cybersecurity standards, protocols, and frameworks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and documentation quality standards
