MANAGER – FINANCE & CORPORATE AFFAIRS
Bengaluru, Karnataka | Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala | Full-time | 5–8 years | Reports to CEO

THE ROLE

• Own day-to-day finance, statutory compliance, investor coordination and corporate affairs; support the CEO in fundraising, financial planningand strategic transactions. This is a hands-on execution role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Finance & MIS: Guide the accountant; oversee accounting, budgets, cash flow, forecasts, monthly MIS, controls, audits and taxation
coordination.
• Compliance & governance: Coordinate with the Company Secretary, auditors and legal advisers; track Companies Act, ROC and tax filings;
manage board/shareholder meeting documentation, resolutions and records.
• Fundraising & investors: Support due diligence, investor communications, data rooms, cap tables, equity/CCD transactions, share
allotments, closing documentation and periodic investor reporting.
• Planning & corporate affairs: Prepare financial models, fund utilisation statements, grant-related reports and investment proposal inputs;
coordinate corporate agreements and regulatory submissions.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• CA / CA Inter / CMA / MBA Finance or equivalent relevant qualification, with 5–8 years of practical experience.
• Strong working knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, statutory compliance and governance for Indian private limited companies.
• Independent execution, attention to detail, communication and coordination skills; comfortable working directly with the CEO and external
advisers.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Candidates from startups, venture capital/investment firms or corporate advisory practices who have directly handled fundraising transactions,
investor due diligence, equity/CCD documentation, cap tables and statutory compliance for venture-funded companies.
